The hotel offers a really tasty breakfast that is perfect for starting the day. the rooms are airy, functional, and have nice beds. the view of the cathedral from the window is lovely. Most of the staff are efficient, making the stay pleasant. It's great to be close to a port.

Location was excellent, very central and near the cathedral. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Overall the hotel rather dissapointed. The pictures on the website portrayed a rather more celubrious hotel than it turned out to be which was actually a hotel that was rather shabby and tired with rooms that smelt musty. The reception looked a complete mess and no help was offered at all with bags etc. The courtyard was an untidy area of concrete with a few very old looking chairs and tables scattered around which was severly in need of a tidy. I would not go back to this hotel and thought it was very overpriced and not worthy of its 4 stars.

Situated right behind the cathedral in Palma. Antique style. Big jacuzzi! The family who run it were friendly, we think, as it was difficult to communicate. We don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English.
Glass door to bathroom which didn't make it very private. The rail on which to hang clothes in the wardrobe was much to high [and I'm not really a short person] but I could barely reach it. We were not told that there was a roof terrace overlooking the cathedral but I had seen it on the internet so went in search of it. It did not appear to be in use as it had some building materials on it. There was other building work going on in the hotel. The only other problem we had was locating the hotel. Summing up, our criticisms are minor ones.

The hotel is fairly clean and wonderful little, offers peaceful and the best location almost next to Cathedral. The outdoor bar is huge, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Can't wait to say thanks, would come here again.

The location of the hotel was good great views of the cathedral from our room and the roof terrace and the staff helpful and friendly.
Work was being carried out on the building next door but the noise was minimal

The Hotel's central location is key to its success as it is only a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral, historic homes and excellent shopping. The front desk is knowledgeable and very interested in clients' well being and can arrange day rental vehicles at extremely competitive rates. The rooms are attractively and interestingly decorated with period furniture. The hotel is clean and efficiently run. Breakfast is simple and ample.
Although many travellers would prefer the full-sized and powerful Jacuzzi we had in our room, our preference is to have a shower.

The room is unique and silent with a pleasant view of the cathedral. the location is great and fantastic, very close to the old town near the Cathedral, fine bars and restaurants, and the city centre shops. - There is Cafe Moderno nearby for a cup of coffee.

The two receptionists were very friendly, and the room was an absolutely amazing value for the money. fantastic location!
THere was construction going on in the neighboring house, and the drilling woke us up really early, but this could not be helped by the hotel, and was my only complaint.

We liked it's central old town position with everything being close by. It is a charming old manor house with individual rooms and personal service. It has a lovely courtyard with orange and lemon trees and a roof terrace.

The reception staff was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The location next to the Cathedral and adjacent to the shopping district was great. Breakfasts were very good and served in a nice courtyard with orange and lime trees.
The rooms were not quite as nice as they looked in the pictures. Size was OK, but linens, drapes etc. were all a little worn, and the bathroom, while huge, had virtually no counter space, which made it hard to do your hair, put on makeup etc.
